Insurance & Security

Security is paramount. Every parcel dispatched from our fulfillment ateliers is fully insured against theft, loss, or damage at no additional cost to you. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Syndicate digital boutique. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the contractual relationship between you (the "Client") and Syndicate Haute Couture (the "House").

Purchasing Agreement

All items displayed within the digital boutique constitute an invitation to treat; an order placed by the Client represents an offer to purchase. The House reserves the absolute right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This may occur in instances of limited inventory, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing anomalies. A legally binding contract is only formed once the House has dispatched a formal "Order Confirmation & Shipping Itinerary" email.

Pricing is displayed in your localized currency where applicable, inclusive of domestic taxes, but exclusive of international import duties unless explicitly stated as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The House reserves the right to modify the pricing of our collections without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The entirety of the Syndicate digital boutique—including but not limited to its design, typography, garments, accessory designs, logos, editorial photography, cinematic campaigns, and written copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Syndicate Haute Couture. These assets are protected under international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Clients are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content from the Syndicate boutique for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized replication of Syndicate garment designs will be met with immediate and aggressive legal action.

Limitation of Liability

While Syndicate strives for absolute perfection in both our physical garments and digital presence, we do not warrant that the site will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. The House shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital platform, nor for any delays in international shipping caused by customs clearances, natural disasters, or global logistical disruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the jurisdiction in which the specific Syndicate entity processing your order resides. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively through confidential, binding arbitration.

Our definition of quality extends far beyond the final garment; it encompasses the ethical integrity of the entire supply chain, from raw material cultivation to the artisan's workbench.

Material Integrity

We source our materials with uncompromising ethical standards. Our cashmeres are procured from nomadic herders who practice regenerative grazing. Our silks are organic and Ahimsa (peace) certified, ensuring the moth is allowed to emerge from the cocoon unharmed. We have entirely eliminated the use of exotic skins from endangered species, opting instead for highly innovative, lab-grown bio-leathers and meticulously sourced, byproduct leathers certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG).

Conflict-Free Diamonds & Metals

All precious metals utilized in Syndicate hardware and jewelry are 100% recycled or Fairmined certified. Our diamonds and gemstones are rigorously tracked via blockchain technology, ensuring they are completely conflict-free and adhere to the strict mandates of the Kimberley Process. We demand absolute transparency from our gemological partners regarding both human rights and ecological impact.

Artisan Welfare

We maintain our own ateliers in Italy, France, and specialized hubs globally, ensuring every garment is crafted in safe, inspiring environments. Carbon Neutrality

Syndicate has achieved complete carbon neutrality across our direct operations. We are actively transitioning our global logistics to sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and zero-emission delivery vehicles. Our packaging is entirely free of single-use plastics, constructed instead from FSC-certified recycled paper and biodegradable mycelium structures.

Counterfeit Prevention

We view intellectual property theft as a serious crime that funds illicit activities and undermines the rigorous labor and artistry of our true craftspeople. To guarantee the provenance of your acquisition, every Syndicate garment, leather good, and footwear item produced post-2024 is embedded with a proprietary, encrypted NFC (Near Field Communication) microchip. By scanning the item with a modern smartphone via the secure Syndicate App, clients can instantly verify the authenticity, view the manufacturing history, and register the piece to their personal digital vault.

Authorized Distribution

Authentic Syndicate products are sold exclusively through three channels:

• At our global, fully-owned flagship boutiques.
• Through a highly restricted, heavily vetted network of authorized luxury department stores (e.g., Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Le Bon Marché).

Syndicate does not sell merchandise via unauthorized online marketplaces, discount websites, or third-party social media vendors. If an offer appears exceptionally discounted or is sold outside our official channels, it is unequivocally counterfeit.

Brand Protection & Reporting

Our internal Brand Protection Unit works in tandem with international customs agencies and global law enforcement to actively seize and destroy counterfeit goods, and to prosecute the syndicates responsible for their manufacturing.
